The UltraLAN SFP BiDi Module Pair – SM 3KM 1310/1510nm provides bi‑directional Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over single‑mode fiber. Supporting dual data rates of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps, these modules enable 3km transmission distance using paired wavelengths (1310nm TX / 1510nm RX and vice versa).

Built with FP/DFB laser transmitters, PIN photo‑detectors, and digital diagnostic monitoring (DDMI), they deliver reliable optical performance with low power consumption (<0.8W). Fully compliant with SFP MSA and SFF‑8472, these BiDi modules are ideal for short‑range telecom and data center deployments.
