The UltraLAN 1G SFP BiDi Module Pair (FIB‑SFP‑ULSB355312L‑CD20) is a high‑performance, cost‑effective transceiver solution supporting dual data‑rates of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and transmission distances up to 20km over single‑mode fibre (SMF).
Each transceiver consists of a FP/DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans‑impedance preamplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit. All modules meet Class I laser safety requirements and are fully compliant with SFP Multi‑Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF‑8472 standards.
Note: As these are BiDi SFP modules, they are only sold in pairs.
