Mode A and B are also both supported. It is a very handy tool for installers when needing to confirm whether a cable is carrying POE or not. This tool is small enough to fit on a keyring.

It is designed for standard RJ45 connectors as well as the EZ Crimp range of pass-through modular plugs. The EZ range of RJ45 connectors allows you to push the eight strands of UTP cable through the connector and once crimped, the crimper cuts off any excess copper.
